Couldn't be happier with the installation of my windows from Window Depot. Was dreading the process of replacing some of my windows and had three companies come out and give me a bid--including one of the popular 'mega-companies.' Bobby at Window Depot was the only one to take the time to explain pros and cons of various options and help me to understand them instead of just speaking in jargon and pushing a cookie cutter solution. The price was very fair. and the quality is great. The installation crew was friendly and got everything completed in one day (we thought it might take two days). They were courteous, wore masks and did a complete clean up. I am a big advocate of getting multiple bids. Do yourself a favor and make sure you invite Window Depot as one of those companies.

Very satisfied with the sales and install of our windows. Paul was great to work with as we found a fair price and learned more about our prospects for new windows. The install team was polite, wore their mask (Covid-19), respected our belongings, were efficient, and cleaned up when finished. Up to this point this has been a great experience. Although I can't speak on the performance of our windows against weather and time, as they were just installed a few days ago, I can say that we are very satisfied with the windows, the fair price, and attitudes of all involved at Window Depot KC. Would highly recommend.

I had several windows installed at my father's home this year by Window Depot of Kansas City. The salesman, Paul, really took his time to explain why these were quality windows. He came with several samples that illustrated the windows' construction. He could explain how they compare to both new construction windows and other companies' replacement windows. He did a great job recommending window colors that matched the existing trim. The sales experience was very low pressure and I had enough time to consider my options and make a my choice. The installer, Anthony, was a very nice young man, and really knew what he was doing. He made both the interior and the exterior look like a new window installation. He did a nice job matching stains and did some custom trim work that made it very difficult to tell where the original trim stopped and the new window began. His assistants, Cameron and Monte, were very polite. They left the interior and exterior neat and clean. I would recommend Window Depot of Kansas City to anyone who is looking for excellent value in a quality replacement window.

I want to thank Paul and Anthony Leone for the exceptional service and great windows. I LOVE THEM! Paul took time and was patient with me as I asked many questions, as I was comparing three companies and bids for windows. Window Depot was able to offer triple pane windows for the price the other two companies were offering dual pane windows. They were also able to get the windows much quicker than the other companies which was also important to me to get the windows in before winter. Anthony came to my home to install the windows and was very professional and did quality work during installation. Thank you again Paul and Anthony Leone!
